Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
1. These terms cover the website
These terms cover your use of the Akeru website at getakeru.com.
Akeru is operated by Din Tau, an Israeli licensed business (Osek Murshe). You can reach us at info@getakeru.com.
2. The product is a separate agreement
The pages describe a product for hotels. Browsing this website does not provide that product. Sending a demo email does not provide it either, and it does not create a contract for the product.
If a hotel decides to use the product, that hotel and Akeru will sign a separate written agreement. That agreement, not these terms, covers the product, fees, guest data, and the service.
3. Using the website
You may read the site and send a demo request. Please do not:
- interfere with the site or try to break into it
- send an email address you are not allowed to use
- use the site for anything unlawful
The text and design of the site belong to Akeru or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own product.
4. What the pages say
The site describes what Akeru offers hotels. That description is not a quote, a confirmation, or a promise that a feature is available to you. Anything a hotel relies on in operating the hotel has to be in the separate agreement.
5. Demo emails
If you send a work email, we use it as the Privacy Policy on this website describes.
6. The website is provided as it is
We do not warrant that the website will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent Israeli law allows, Akeru is not liable for indirect loss that comes from using the website, or from relying on the website text alone. Claims about the product belong to the separate agreement, once one exists.
7. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes about the website are brought in the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
A separate signed agreement may choose different terms for the product. These website terms do not change an agreement that is already signed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The new version applies to use of the website after we post it.
