1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how Akeru handles personal data on this website, getakeru.com.

Akeru is operated by Din Tau, an Israeli licensed business (Osek Murshe). You can reach us at info@getakeru.com.

This website asks only for a work email if you want us to contact you. The hotel product is not provided through this website. When a hotel signs a written agreement with Akeru, that agreement covers the product, including any guest data. This policy does not.

2. The email you choose to send

The form on this website asks for a work email address.

• Sending it is voluntary. The law does not require you to send it.
• If you do not send it, we cannot contact you about a demo.
• We use it to reply, to set up a demo, and to talk with you about using the product.
• Resend delivers the message to info@getakeru.com. Resend handles the address so the message can be delivered.
• We do not sell the address. We do not use it for advertising. We do not put it into an analytics product.

3. Logs kept by the host

Vercel hosts this website. Vercel keeps ordinary server logs of requests, such as IP address, browser type, the time of the request, and the page that was requested.

We look at the request statistics Vercel provides in order to operate and protect the site. We do not run our own analytics, and we do not use these logs to build a marketing profile of you.

4. Settings stored on your device

The accessibility control can save a font size, a contrast choice, and a readable-font choice in your browser. Those settings stay on your device. They are not sent to us.

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep the email

We keep a demo email in the company mailbox for as long as we need it for that conversation, including follow-up about a demo or about using the product.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, or to stop further emails, by writing to info@getakeru.com. We may keep a copy for longer only where the law requires it.

We do not control how long Vercel keeps its own server logs.

6. Seeing and correcting your data

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and to correct it if it is wrong. Write to the address above. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours.

7. Other countries

Resend and Vercel may process the data described above in the United States or in other countries where they operate. We send them only what this policy describes.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
